Massage techniques such as reflexology, energy work, hot stones, trigger point therapy and lymphatic drainage used in combination with life coaching benefits the integration of body, mind and spirit. I also include an initial consultation to uncover your goals and help you visualize a life of fulfillment. 

Massage by Tracy is mobile! I will travel to your home, special occasion, or office for a full body table massage or chair massage.
